"The Aventura hotel was fine – attentive staff, clean room. The Expedia experience was less-than-wonderful. Difficult to change dates. When finally able to change dates, Expedia double booked the hotel – when we arrived we discovered two rooms were booked. The hotel couldn’t remedy this, only Expedia… and Expedia booking has not been friendly."

"The hotel is new, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. Convenient shop locations. It was perfect for what we needed. One difficulty is parking since no lot is connected to the hotel, and there is no real drop off area designated for the hotel. They charge $47 per night if you need to park a vehicle. They do have a small driveway area where they allow guest drop off and pick for about 20 minutes. "

The bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were very thin, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I tossed and turned throughout the night and woke up with some back soreness. "I stayed in room 335. There was bedbugs in my bed when I woke up. I called down to the office and asked for a manager to come up. Waited 15 min and called down again. They said they told management. Here is the thing, for me to have actually SEEN the bugs means that they are not new, AND the reaction makes me feel like they have heard this before. To be fair when I went downstairs they provided me with trash bags for my things, were very apologetic and were agreeable to me requesting a refund. I...

"The hotel looked nothing like what was advertised. The motel was being renovated at the time but the rooms still didn't resemble what was advised. No microwave, iron or ironing board was present. No USB ports to charged the lastest electronics. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again."

"I liked the staff and very easy check-in. The exterior is nice and well kept. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. What I did not like, was the room I was in(which was nice in size)was not fully clean. There were children’s markings all on the metal bedside drawers and writings on the table. "It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. Parking was a very reasonable $10 in their underground parking which was great. The rooms are small and not well appointed. The location is ideal for koreatown where I frequently kpop shop hop. Everything is walking distance and the plaza across the street has exceptional food options and an HMart.
