"The staff was very professional, nice and had great customer service. The rooms were clean and house keeping was very attentive. I felt very safe while staying there. There is a Walgreens in walking distance and close to USC. I was in LA for my daughter's graduation! The older gentlemen running valet was very nice and friendly. Thank you Melissa Culbertson 😊"

"Very outdated hotel Has a lot of historic architecture but the rooms need major upgrades The parking is $50 a night and it’s across the street from the hotel The beds and pillows were horrible Rooms are very small Bathrooms were old and outdated with yellow lighting Elevator was slow and it felt like it was going to go down any minute Stairs are squeaky with dim lighting, very unsafe. Overall a bad experience and not worth the price"

"The photos didn’t match the actual room, and the hotel was under renovation without any prior notice. I also had to deal with noise from the renovation during my stay. Additionally, the hotel is currently in a transition phase and using a different name than the actual property name, which was confusing"

"Sink has a kinda weird design. Water would bounce out if hands were positioned at an angle. Nice place. Clean, nice staff. Wallet kinda pricey but good service. Close walk to convention center"
