"I liked the staff and very easy check-in. The exterior is nice and well kept. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. What I did not like, was the room I was in(which was nice in size)was not fully clean. There were children’s markings all on the metal bedside drawers and writings on the table. The wood floors were nice but not thoroughly cleaned. Towels appeared clean but were very stiff. And bathroom tub had black molding. All this room needs is a very nice paint job, replacing...

"small parking structure. elevator in parking garage anyone outside can use them since no keycard is needed. Room was spacious restroom was decent, ac was nice and cold. Front desk was nice. Mini fridge did not keep our drinks cold they were like warm after stayin in fridge overnight"

"I would rate this property a solid C+. It is fine. For where it is located (Beverly Hills adjacent), it's quite inexpensivce - just over $200 per night. Parking was a very reasonable $10 in their underground parking which was great. The rooms are small and not well appointed. There is vinyl plank flooring on the floors and walls of the bedroom and tile flooring on the floors and walls of the bathroom. It's clean which is nice, but not super cozy. "Our stay at the Oxford Palace was… ok. We were there for a graduation and the location was great. Really close to a lot of things and the hotel itself is pretty quiet. The housekeeping staff is AMAZING! Very attentive and helpful. The rooms are a little outdated and there was a spot of blood on our comforter but it was changed out immediately. The shower did not maintain a constant temperature and when the room next to us used water the shower would Go cold. The elevator is terrible....

"It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...
