I recently stayed at this hotel in Thailand and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
From the moment we arrived, the reception felt empty and unwelcoming. The staff were just sitting behind the desk with no greeting or explanation. Instead of properly introducing the hotel or its facilities, they simply handed us a piece of paper with information and that was it. No warmth, no hospitality.
The hotel itself does not look like the pictures they advertise. It feels outdated, short-staffed, and poorly maintained — almost like it’s slowly being abandoned. There’s a clear lack of maintenance and attention to detail throughout the property.
The room had a nice view, which was honestly the only positive aspect of the stay. However, the room was very dark and had an unpleasant smell. For the price they charge, the quality is completely out of range.
The pool area was another disappointment. The beach chairs were old and not the same as the ones shown in their promotional photos. The facilities in general felt dirty and neglected.
After staying at Hotel Adam in Krabi, this felt like going from heaven to hell. The difference in service, quality, and atmosphere was huge.
Overall, it feels like the hotel is dying and management simply doesn’t care anymore.
Do not fall into the trap.
