"Everything was great , just the advertised trams that they have on website and even on the tv screens in the rooms were closed for weeks , and that wasn’t updated so we had to lose extra money on top for the taxis up and down the center of the Cracow."

"Lovely aspect on arrival, organised transport from the airport. Room was ready on arrival so early check in! Lovely staff, very clean. Only niggle was the temperature of the hot breakfast items. Very spacious room with good facilities. Local shop nearby & restaurants, cheap ride in to town."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything about it was excellent; from the welcoming and accommodating staff at the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel is located next to the main train station which is convenient if you are planning day trips (Wieliczka salt mine, for example) taking the train to the airport but it is also located within a walking distance to the city center/old town and all the major tourist attractions. "Great hotel, great SPA, the best experience so far. Everything was perfect, also the proximity with the center, 1 minutes walking. Just one inconvenient: during breakfast, the menu was never proposed to me and that's because I noticed the table close to me ordered some meals, not from the buffet that I guessed it was possible."
