"Absolut et fantastisk hotel. Fantastisk beliggenhed, personalet var alle uden undtagelse saa imoedekommende. Kun en ting der irriterede mig gevaldigt og som jeg ikke har set tidligere, at paa alle regninger paa hotellets spisesteder etc. paalagde de uden man var gjort opmaerksomt paa det en service charge paa 10%. Det bryder jeg mig blot ikke om. Specielt da det ikke var tips...det burde forbydes."

"Great hotel, great SPA, the best experience so far. Everything was perfect, also the proximity with the center, 1 minutes walking. Just one inconvenient: during breakfast, the menu was never proposed to me and that's because I noticed the table close to me ordered some meals, not from the buffet that I guessed it was possible."

"Kleines schönes Hotel mit individuellen Zimmern. Die Frühstücksauswahl war auch sehr gut, mit kleinen selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten. Die Innenstadt war auch sehr gut und schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden es weiterempfehlen an alle die sich Krakau anschauen möchten."
