However, for over $400 a night for a fairly basic room, the quality does not match the price tag. Most of the staff (not all) were nice enough but a few weren't particularly friendly. The bloke running the bar seemed to hate his job more and more every time I saw him there. There was also a woman I spoke to on the...

"I booked a queen room that had an image with a beautiful big open window with a view, large, well dressed room. When I checked in and arrived to my room I was shocked to see a little dungeon with dirty floors (bad enough we had to keep our shoes on at all times) rotten skirting boards, half empty soft drink in the fridge and rubbish in the bins; the bed was also just two singles pushed together not a queen. I wouldn't be surprised if the sheets weren't changed either. We had a window about 1m...
