"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly wish I could give Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite more than 5 stars because our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived in Bali, we felt welcomed. Our airport driver, Santa, was waiting for us when we arrived, and he was so friendly, helpful, and professional. That was such a great first impression after a long flight from Thailand. The true star of our stay, however, was Alfa, the front desk representative who checked us in. After traveling all day, his warm welcome and hospitality were exactly what we needed. He made us feel comfortable right away and started our stay on such a positive note. The next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast, and it was great! My personal favorite was the pancake station. 🥞 My husband also loved that the hotel offers hookah, which was a nice added touch for us. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and there’s also a mall directly across the street, which made getting around and finding things to do very convenient. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite. The friendly staff, great location, clean accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere made this hotel a memorable part of our Bali trip. I would DEFINITELY stay here again when we return to Bali. "Overall a brilliant stay. The spa was closed and there isn't a gym, but aside from that all is super. Great pools and breakfast, very helpful staff. Any issues resolved quickly WiFi a tad dodgy at times depending on location in the gardens"

"Solo traveler here. The check in was smooth. The place is like a maze. Room was clean and nice. Shower is weak. The shampoo and body wash bottles were full, but the pump was broken, and since the whole thing is mounted on the wall, couldn't try to pour some out to use. Thank goodness I packed my own travel size shampoo/conditioner, had to stretch them out to last the stay. Breakfast was cheap and had some good choices."
