"Not sure what to expect, but the hotel was wonderful. It’s connected to the station, but slightly set apart, so there is not much station traffic, only hotel guests. All or most of the rooms have outside views. The room on the Executive Floor is beautiful and spacious. Some of the rooms have a good view of Kyoto Tower. The staff was very polite and attentive. We requested an ironing board and it was delivered quickly (within 1/2 hour). The breakfast at Le Temps (2nd floor) is excellent...

"This hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to many amenities, temples, and other tourist attractions. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was modern, well-designed, efficient, and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday while we were there, and the staff gifted me with beautiful sake cups, which was so very thoughtful and unexpected. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"
