"We definitely enjoyed our stay, but shocked with the tightness of the room. We were later informed this is consistent across the other CitizenM properties. Great for solo travelers or a couple. Maybe not the best for two besties with too much stuff. Overall a great stay and we enjoyed the decor and vibe!!!"

"Hotel is beautiful, rooms are stunning, bed very comfy. Two free water cans in fridge every day which was great. Restaurants on site were lovely, although expensive. Staff were uninterested at best which was the only real downside to this hotel. Surrounding area is also not very safe for a solo traveller so beware where you walk."

"Fantastic hotel, beautiful resort- like, high end aesthetic, with great service staff. J from concierge helped us get a rental vehicle for the last 2 days of our stay, and helped arrange for the rental car to be dropped off and picked up from the hotel - he made it really easy for us! Nice large pool, always had seating available. Complimentary coffee in the rooms and lobby in the mornings was also a huge benefit. While we could overlook the property’s and room’s outdated feel, the holes in the sheets and towels, as well as the stench in the full bathroom were almost unbearable. The staff was unable and seemingly unwilling to rectify the situation and could not offer us a comparable room. I will not be returning to this property."
