"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean property. I did not like the Hampton shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Driver was rude and did not help us with our luggage. Being seniors, we needed a bit more help. Fortunately, some good Samaritans on the shuttle gave us a hand. The shuttle was overpacked with people. Luggage was hard to get on and off the shuttle due to overcrowding. Very unsafe for the people on this shuttle. We took ride share from the hotel back...

"The hotel was average - a bed and a bathroom. The service at check in was one of the most disorganized and chaotic I've ever experienced. After arriving in the morning, we were told we could not get a room until after 4pm while we watched many others get their rooms. But if we paid $75 extra, they'd get us a room earlier. The temperature throughout the facility was very warm. The breakfast was overcrowded and closed 30 minutes earlier than posted. The airport shuttle drive was terrifying and...
