"Very clean and updated"

"I've stayed at every hotel on "The Strip" right outside of LAX, the Sheraton is the one I always come back to. It isn't the newest or the nicest, but the staff are always great, they have good powerful showers, the air conditioning always works well, and they always have a room available outside check-in time. I only stay at LAX for one or two days from Australia to Philadelphia and back to break up the flight. The Sheraton is very reasonably priced and has everything I want and nothing I don't."

"シャトルバスサービスの時間が変更されていて朝チェックアウト後空港まで行ってくれず呆れた。(サービスは5時〜22時って書いてあるのにも関わらず)3年連続で利用していて去年までは朝空港まで行ってくれていたのに、今回はサービスは14時からと言われ来ない。慌てて市営バス乗り継ぎ空港へ行くハメに。今年からシャトルサービス有料になった事は事前に知っていたが、まさか時間まで変更。飛行機間に合い帰国出来たから良いものの普通はあり得ないあってはならない事でしょ！"
