"Overall, a very nice hotel however I felt like they were trying to charge us for early check-in when they didn’t have to. We arrived early, but the check-in personnel said we have a room ready however we would have to charge you $100 to check you in early before 4 PM. If the room is ready, why not check us in makes no sense"

"Pool was dirty along with the jacuzzi not being hot at all but was still open with people sitting in cold water with dirty fuzz bubbles floating around. My room Air Conditioning did not get cold, called front desk maintenance brought over a raggedy dirty loud fan. There were no offers to see if they could do anything about the air nor the pool or jacuzzi. No clean dry off towels in the pool area either. We pay our hard earned money and want to relax in a quality hotel, and enjoy the amenities....

"Unfortunately, my only flaw was not only the shared bathroom but the fact that it wasn’t mentioned in the travel listing. Maybe on a day where I might travel elsewhere, then I would be ok with the shared bathroom but I needed some alone time away from family, yet the hotel brought me back Tok old times. Because of my preference This is no offense to the hotel. Whatsoever. But the fact that it didn’t mention it in the listing and couldn’t get it refunded blew the wind out of me"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—within walking distance to SoFi Stadium, which made everything very convenient for events and games. The neighborhood felt easy to navigate, and being so close to the stadium saved us time. Overall, comfortable and practical choice for anyone attending an event at SoFi Stadium."

"wifi did not open to captive portal when I tried in several browsers. I did not call the front desk for help with getting online because it was after midnight and I'd just traveled 2 days and was exhausted at the moment. The place was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. We slept well."
