"Staff were friendly and helpful - although several of my tours happened at weird early hours and I did not always see desk staff around so I am not sure about the 24/7 detail.
Aesthetically it’s charming and authentic, looks just like the photos. Some of my room and bathroom fixtures were a bit worn, but all fully functional.

"Located close to the airport. Due to flight delays we checked in to freshen up just 2 hours before checkout. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Helped us locate our taxi to Ollantaytambo as well. This is a great place for a overnight stay close to the airport. "
"The accommodation was located a bit further from the city center but it was easy to get an uber/taxi to reach the historic center. The personel was extremely nice and helpfull. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. "
