"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Understood our needs and proficient in English. They provided valuable guide to many of our questions. The rooms are clean and appropriate size compared to many other local hotels. Location is good as it is within walking distance to the train station, eateries and shopping centre. "Our family booked two rooms together, but we were given rooms on two separate floors. The AC temperature looks simple, but the room ends up too warm or too cold, leading us to wake up and adjust the temp. The TV menu had a great feature that lets you see the availability of the laundry machines, including their current cycle time, so that you don’t have to go and check."
