Matthew, It is with great sadness that we understand that the issues that you mentioned made your stay not the best experience. We offer you our sincere apologies.We can tell that we're using these comments to evaluate ourselves and take immediate actions to prevent similar experiences to future guests.Our food services normally receive very positive comments, and adding to this, we're in the proccess to renew our menus in order to offer a more varied selection of foods.The ride we offer to the town, located 7 miles away from our hotel, is the fair fee that they all use in the area, and it is a service that can be arranged any time as soon as our guests need it.
