"Nice hotel and can recommend. Very good location, nice interior, clean rooms with an amazing view of the Main Street.
Would have given 5 stars in rating, if the cleaning crew wouldn’t have stood twice in my room at 8:45 / 9:00 while I was still sleeping (woke up and was a bit surprised)."

"Bed comfort is key and I loved the bed, it was perfect and after a long day of travel and then excursions that is a key for me. The size of the room was lovely, it was clean and quiet and I loved the pool view, the restaurant looked great but I did not have a chance to eat there but one morning before my excursion they were helpful for a quick bite. The convenience of the location in proximity to St. Lucia Hill was excellent and one of my fav walks I took while there. Great property overall."

"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has. Upon check-in, they took care of everything and offered me a hot tea. I was so grateful for their service."
