"Everything was amazing…"

"The manager checked us in. He was very friendly and accommodating. We’ve stayed in 6 hotels in the last week and this was the first one that wasn’t the best. The sink fixture was broken and it just smelled. You could hear people shuffling around above us. The breakfast area was way too small for that many people and it wasn’t the best. The good part was that the layout of the room was nice. It was roomy, convenient to ice machine, and the small little complementary emery board , cotton balls,...

"Sadly I have to say this was not a good stay. I asked to stay in a room that would be quiet because we had to get up super early the following day. The evening staff gave us a room that unfortunately there were VERY LOUD frogs. When we inquired,we were told that other guess had previously complained, they emptied the fountain but when they added the water back, the frogs came back. My issue with that is that the reception knew this and should have either informed me or put us somewhere else...

"I am very picky about the beds of hotels these days but this place in particular...at lease my room had an actual comfortable bed that was soft. "

"The paint in the bathroom was chipping,the fan in the bathroom was very loud and we had flush the various times , the mattress was bad ., my boyfriend and I both rolled in the middle of the bed once we played on it . The windows were dirty , lucky for us it was just 1 night we had reservations."

"The parking is safe and convenient, located right in front of your room. The key card didn’t work properly at first, but I was able to get a replacement. The hot water took a while to come late at night—possibly because demand was low—but it worked much better in the morning."

"The property was nicely landscaped and the design was so unique. I enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and the room was cozy. I was able to heat food and enjoy my last night of my road trip relaxing in the very artfully designed room. I enjoyed how nicely it was decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The person who checked me in was so kind and helpful with my room entry. I would definitely stay here again. "

"If you are going to Solvang but don’t want to pay for a very expensive hotel, this is a place to be. They even have washer and dryer on the property which was very convenient for us since we are in a 3 weeks vacation. They have free parking for us was a big plus. The pool was nice and they have fire pit in the back with games to play. Love this hotel and we will be back here."

"They have a construction site working on the highway during the night so it was constant noise . I had to buy earplugs . The breakfast is very nice selection. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and nice . Just too noisy with the construction going on now ."

"Surprisingly quiet for being closer to the freeway. We stayed on the far side so that may have helped. Staff were very nice, hot tub was hot, can’t complain. Beds were a little hard but comfortable overall."

"Great stay! The room was clean, staff was kind. They were accommodating and answered really quickly. Parking was really easy. Overall 10/10. We will definitely be back. It was cosy and had everything we needed plus some. Everything was very accessible and if we needed extras they were just a few steps away. Check in and check out were simple. No safety concerns. We felt welcome. There were shops right next to us too, easy walk or quick drive if we needed snacks or drinks. Thank you! "

"Everything was good , but woke up to a lot of ants on the bathroom floor . The room was clean tho and the property was nice . Breakfast was okay . Staff was friendly, the staff said that he couldn’t give us any reduction on the room since we booked through Expedia , but said he would give us some Hilton points , but I have seen them yet . He said I would have to complain to Expedia . "
