The evening happy hour was also a nice touch, although with a couple of diabetics in our party, it'd be great to have more low sugar drink options. We stayed in the ADA room and utilized the pullout couch. A common wish for us regarding hotel/motel ADA rooms: it'd be nice to have 2 beds or at least a king sized to better accommodate parties of 3 or more with more sleeping space. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we encountered any issues. Great location close to shopping and restaurants, and a relatively short drive to Solvang and other regional attractions."

"Key cards did not work our entire stay. Had to get new cards a few times every single day. Mattresses are uncomfortable the need to be replaced. Shower water difficult to turn on and off. Elevators are broken. Jacuzzi broken and empty. That’s 5 issues. Too many deal with when you are supposed to be relaxing on a vacation. "
