Excellent stay

We had a lovely stay, Tania was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect with everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. It was just a short 10-15 min walk from La Spezia train station to visit Cinque Terre. The room also included breakfast which was of exceptional quality as a bar a short walk away.

Great room and location

Lovely room very well located, 10 min walking from the station and many restaurants and bars around. The staff were amazing. Thank you so much for the stay. They provide vouchers for breakfast in a nearby cafe , which was lovely.. and if you prefer to get something more expensive than the voucher covers you just pay the difference.

Lovely room with a balcony. Big bathroom. Great location to walk the town. Approx 15 min walk to train station. Shared kitchen with a fridge kettle and coffee maker. Only thing lacking was plates and cutlery , micro wave to heat up and eat our take away orders Otherwise excellent!

El apartamento esta en la calle principal, super bien ubicado, muy limpio y cuidado la atención de Tania y su personal de 10, todos los dias me mandaba un mensaje por si nos hacia falta algo o si necesitábamos cualquier cosa o ayuda para excursiones, vamos siempre atentos, el desayuno te da un voucher para ir a una cafeteria al lado del apartamento también muy bueno. We loved our stay and was very impressed with Tanya who was amazingly efficient, responsive and helpful. Her instructions for self check-in were super easy because of her clear explanations and photos. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is attention to detail , offering several places for toiletries, etc that many accommodations lack. I highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet and lovely stay while visiting the tourist pack Cinque Terre. Coming back to our room after a busy day felt like heaven.

Great Option

I didn’t pay enough attention at booking and didn’t expect a RBnB but was not disappointed. Very nice place central located. Special note on the lady who welcomed us and was very helpful !!! Parking was not easy but not due to the property.

I can not recommend this place enough. I travelled solo and was so reassured by the instructions and kindness of Tania the host. Check in was easy and my room was beautiful. It’s right on the Main Street and easy to get to everywhere from. Breakfast is included in a nice place up the street and it was extremely clean and well looked after. Tania even let me leave my bag in the secure common area for no extra charge so I could explore in comfort on my day of leaving. I would recommend 6th land to anyone travelling to La spezia. It’s great!! Thank you

Bra hotell men väl dyrt

Detta är ett B&B med ett bra läge i trevliga La Spezia. Rummet var rent och snyggt. Tyvärr fungerade inte sänglampor mm men i det stora hela var det bra. Frukosten var ganska begränsad och man fick betala extra för kompletteringar. Vi träffade ingen representant från hotellet under vår vistelse. Varför ger jag bara ett ok betyg? Det beror på priset. Det känns om högt jämfört med vad man får även om boendet är bra.
