"We stayed there three nights and they didn’t clean the room at all. I requested clean towels and never got any. Did not take out the trash, change the beds, nothing. Would be good for a one night stay, but not multiple days."

"Staff was beyond friendly and super accommodating. I will say though the location was under construction, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear them fixing and moving furniture very early upstairs. And the whole hotel looked like it was getting renovations. AC units are extremely loud. I think if the hotel offered discounts during this time it would get a better rating from me since the staff were very nice!"

"It was our first time in El Paso, Texas. We traveled to the BTS concert, we were happy to have a room, property felt clean, walkable, plenty of shopping centers, nearby,. Pros: the area as a whole felt safe, and we were able to walk to Walmart and plenty of other restaurants nearby and Uber was available at all times. Cons: our room was not clean and up to par.
