"Stayed for 3 days and no cleaning service the entire time. Other than that the staff was friendly."

"Lately I have booked Holiday Inns for small travel trips due to the amenities like the free breakfast (a must for the teens in my life) and renovations (or new). I will say the two positives at this hotel were the lovely night manager, predictable and well stocked break and the diligent staff restocking the breakfast area (refilling coffee makers). "Clean room, renovated, no carpet, comfy bed and pillows. A/C superb, temperature could be set at 62, very rear at hotels.very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast, eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, cereals, coffee, juice, pre-packed pastries."

The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. We had a dog (140 lbs) with us and they have a small grassy area near the building that worked great. The area seemed a little sketchy. In room coffee was provided but only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated was provided for 2 of us so got a couple more from the front desk but should have had enough so I didn’t have to go get more. There was one chair in the room to sit on but with 2 people there should be 2 as there was plenty of room for them. We ate dinner and had breakfast at Guy Fieros. Very good food and service. "I was very happy. And that can be hard at times with the lack of great service one sees these days. Place was immaculate. Staff was on it. Bed and room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was way better than most."

"Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again...

"We chose this location because of its proximity to the Blackstone Neighborhood and its pool. The rooms were clean, though our garbage was not emptied once in the 4 days that we were there. The biggest issue that we had with this property was one of the front desk workers. It got to the point where we would think of alternate routes to avoid walking by the desk. She would admonish our children for walking back from the pool, talking at normal volumes, and even went so far as to use profanity...

"This hotel is quirky, but in a charming way. The staff was great and it's a very central location in downtown allowing easy travel to many attractions in Omaha. There were a few "down sides" to the hotel, but nothing that would deter me from staying at this facility again. This hotel is charm, not modern, which is something I prefer when visiting new places."

"Beds were comfortable. Bathroom floors needed a moping. Some towels weren’t fully cleaned. I called the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and was told to find housekeeping. Breakfast options were okay."

"I loved the kitchen, however the elevator stopped working the last 4 days of my trip! staff were nonchalant about it. I will stay at a hotel with daily housekeeping services. Cleanliness is top priority for me. I had to haul 3 suitcases down the stairs at checkout. The gym sanitary wipes were out all 9 days of my stay."
