"The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold."

"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

"A beautifullly restored old house with wood floors and modern features. Good hotel, clean and good position. Ring 15 minutes ahead to organise parking because the parking is not close to the hotel and there is no dedicated place to park, just stop on the curb and a valet will come. Breakfast was really good. The street side can be loud, so if you are sensitive ask for a room on the inside. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"What a unique and authentic experience. The owner is very welcoming and proud to show you around this 300 year old property. The host is friendly and spends ample time to give advice on what to see and how. The family enjoyed him, and we enjoyed the stay. Large enclosed garden area is great for kids to play or an escape from the hustle and bustle. Parking available on site, although it is tight. "Staff were friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted us to enjoy our stay, but as soon as I walked in to the bathroom, I saw black mold. I am glad we were only there for about 10 hours. The location was not great, very noisy all night, we barely slept, and did not seem like the safest place to go out at night. There were 3 or 4 locks on the door. We left too early for breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable. It’s the black mold that did it for us. Gross."

"The hotel is located along Calle Ronda (one of oldest streets in Quito). Perfect location as it is so close to the central park, president’s palace, San Francisco Church, Cathedral, Basilica and many more. The hotel is very quiet even though a lot of restaurants and shows are outside the facility… perfect for relaxation. There’s filtered water dispenser, so you don’t have to worry about being hydrated. Room was big, bed was clean. A beautiful viewpoint is located at the top level with the views...

"My first time using this application and this place was a surprise. For a local I think is great but someone who's traveling from far I wouldn't recommend this place because is not in a good area. Not a good area and that pretty much some races everything. The bathrooms were too close to the wall and it feels like you're about to do a headbutt while you using the toilet. Besides that is good for the price and for locals but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone coming from outside especially if...
