"The lobby was really pretty and the room was updated. The rest of the exterior of the building is really shabby and there was a homeless person living in the parking lot, albeit she was very nice. I understand that improvements are very expensive and they take time but it was quite noticeable that the building needed some love. The to go breakfast provided in the lobby was very nice."

"I had booked a stay for the weekend of May 15-17, 2026 and upon arriving I was shocked. The front door lock to the unit 14835 B was broken and didnt sit right on the door. Then I enetered my room which had paint missing on some of the walls and had an unpleasent smell coming from who knows where. Safe to say I left as soon as 5 minutes from stepping in. I had asked for a refund since I booked with Expedia, which they then said had to be approved by a manager from the hotel. Once hearing this the...

"The motel is completely remodeled very nice interiors. Not necessarily a lot of little extra no coffee maker not lots of soaps, etc. but you don’t miss it because the interior remodel is very nice. Everything white modern sinks bathrooms all nicely remodeled clean safe very centrally located to Van Nuys. Sherman Oaks is the access the new parking in the back. And very affordable."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Le Petit Pali Brentwood. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and full of thoughtful little touches that make the whole experience feel special. The staff have all been incredibly kind and professional and the overall vibe here is just easy and welcoming. The breakfast baskets and cookies are such a nice touch and honestly the shower water pressure alone deserves 5 stars. "Although the room was clean, the TV didn’t work, lights attached to bed didn’t work, despite mentioning it to reception, nothing was done about it, the entire surrounding of the motel was filthy, noise throughout the night, drug trades going on, found out from locals there was a history of murders onsite. DO NOT BOOK it is my strong advice."
