"Really nice staff there. The room was also very clean and the bed super comfy. Only negative is the fact that we hear the street a lot. Like if the windows were oppenend. Not a lot of traffic in the night so it was still acceptable. We also did not receive the details of the instructions over email like we were supposed too, so we had to call the owner to get into our room the first time."

"This is a fantastic property about a 10 minute walk from downtown Ponta Delgada along the waterfront. There is ample free parking nearby, and the hotel looks exactly as it does in the pictures - modern, clean rooms with excellent bathrooms and very comfortable beds, and a very good daily breakfast. If you want to go to bed early or stay in bed late, don’t forget to bring your earplugs if you are in the main building because you can hear people at breakfast.
