"The management (owners?) were very pleasant and helpful, as were all staff. The room was spacious and well prepared. The Hotel offered everything we wanted and was convenient for a short walk down to the Harbour at Horta, which was our main place to visit. Overall, extremely pleased with the quality and value the Hotel offered and provided. It is not a 5 star facility but clean, tidy, spacious and ideal for our stay on a budget. We would recommend this hotel."

"I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."

On m’a donné accès à la chambre plus tôt, donné une chambre avec salle de douche privée et que j’ai eu aussi accès au stationnement, ce qui fut apprécié. Paulo donne des informations élaborées sur les attraits de la région et s’est montré disponible en cas de besoin ( réservation ou autres). Hébergements bien situé; à entre 10 et 20 minutes à pieds des restos, boutiques, etc. et moins de 38 minutes à pied de tous les attraits de la...

"Beautiful property, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The host was incredibly kind and offered great tips for exploring São Miguel. Perfect location to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"Tout était parfait : l’emplacement, les installations, le personnel, la chambre. Seul hic : il n’y a pas de chauffage, donc par temps frais (ce qui était notre cas en mai), la chambre est humide et un peu inconfortable. On nous a donné un édredon supplémentaire, mais ça ne changeait rien à l’air ambiant. Une petite chaufferette d’appoint aurait été appréciée."
