"Booked 2 rooms for a week, they put us on different floors. They agreed to move us closer the next day. Room they gave us then was tucked in a corner with view from the balcony was the blank wall of other wing of hotel. They also had 2 hot tubs outside that were both barely warm"

"Room was advertised “partial oceanview” not accurate, could only see the sand bar/stage area and the pool from the room/front seating area. Restaurant had terribly slow service and food was inadequate. Staff were friendly upon checkin and housekeeping, checkout staff not so much, merely grunted at me. Location is ideal, they do offer access to plenty of activities and the room was very clean. "

"The room was very clean. Access to the beach was amazing - just a quick walk over the dunes and we were there! Lots of people enjoying the pool and the little bar/eatery attached to the pool. Our only complaint was the AC. It was either freezing cold or we were sweating. "

"Great location we did have an issue with a server at bar Louie she had a attitude problem and didn’t seem happy at all then when we were to pay the bill we were double charge and wanted us to pay again "

"The property was very nice. We had an ocean view room. Very clean, great hot breakfast with an omelet station and a great selection of other items. Pool was nice. Bar very nice. Great food at the bar & reasonably priced. Be sure & check the daily food & drink specials. Very nice staff."

"Exceptional staff. My husband lost his wallet and someone ended up turning it in for us. He had over $200 cash in it and we for sure thought the cash was gone with the wind, however it all turned out to be there. Come to find out later it was one of the house cleaners that found it outside in the lounge area and turned it in for us. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Love this place. Will be there again for sure! "
