"Das Hotel besticht durch einen überragenden Blick auf den Gardasee. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen kann man diesen Blick genießen. Auch von den meisten Zimmer aus ist dies möglich. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Außenpool erfrischt bei hohen Temperaturen und bietet genügend Anzahl an Liegen sowie Sonnenschirmen. Super ist, dass man den ganzen Tag über die Sonne genießen kann - wir konnten gleich nach dem Frühstück Sonne am Pool genießen und dies bis zu den frühen Abendstunden...

"Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. The reception staff worked tirelessly all day with no breaks, keeping guests updated on the status of our tow trucks, and in our case speaking Italian on the phone to the tow truck...

"Unser 5 Aufenthalt im Ilma. Wie immer sehr schön. Zimmer und Bäder sind inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ists ok und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist allerdings unbezahlbar. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Frühstück ist relativ reichhaltig, aber seitdem wir dort sind, immer gleich. Es ändert sich nichts! Leider. Warum die große Aussenterrasse zum Frühstück nicht genutzt werden darf, bleibt mir, meiner Frau und allen anderen Gästen mit denen wir ins Gespräch kamen, ein Rätsel. Das sollte...

It was my first day driving in Italy and he noticed I was uncomfortable driving in the small Italy parking lot so he offered to park the car for me (and I accepted).
