"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food...

"Ich war mit meinem Hund zum Wandern für 4 Nächte in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. Alles passt. Sehr, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit diversen 5 bis 7 verschiedenen Kuchen. Antipastiplatten, man bekommt frische Rühreier gemacht. Parkplatz kostenlos. Super zentrale Lage. Und der Besitzer hilft beim Planen der Wanderungen. "

"Excellent stay as a couple. Easy access to beautiful parts of lake Garda. Room was clean and breakfast was great. We used the spa facilities also which was a great relief after a few days of walking nearby towns."

"The hotel was amazing! The view was incredible! The breakfast was incredible! Everyone working there were very nice and helpful. The front desk offered recommendations for dinner that were spot on. We didn’t use all the amenities but we did use the bikes they have and went for a ride along the water. The atmosphere in the sitting area was amazing. I did not want to leave and will be back!"

"The room was spacious and clean. Loved the huge balcony and being able to shut the windows so we could sleep in. The gardens that surround the resort are gorgeous and full of small wildlife we loved to see each day. The restaurants have great food and friendly staff. There is a grocery store and lots of shopping nearby which was super helpful. You can walk to both. We also loved the “pillow menu.” First time I’ve ever seen that in a resort! The scenery driving to and surrounding the resort is...
