"Beautiful hotel, clean quiet area with food/gas nearby. My room was big and clean with comfortable furniture/bed. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably priced. Only complaint I have, was the smell of grease/food that filled the hotel, including my room the one night. It was strong enough to wake me up. Not sure what it was, but glad I wasn't staying another night. "

"Pool area was filthy at checkin and not cleaned till Saturday, room had a bad smell, Breakfast was not staffed and ran out of things like No eggs on sunday, out of Syrup on Saturday. Poor showing for a Wyndom hotel"

"An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well."

"The bathroom smelled like marijuana. Someone was banging on my door from 2:30 am-3 am."

"We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing...

"Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. "
