"Service is exllence"

"The property was conveniently located. They were very helpful with recommendations on a daily basis. They had a very nice breakfast included."

"Wonderful little hotel. Will stay again when in lovely Luzern"

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"Decent hotel for the price"

"Great location. Tiny room, much smaller than expected. Bed was not comfortable, no air conditioning, steep sets of stairs to reach rooms."

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean. Would stay there again."

"With the exception of the dinner, everything was good. B/F was excellent, hotel staff and restaurant personnel were great, room was clean & quiet, but the dinner (cook by an Italian chef apparently) was under par."

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. There was nothing about the hotel that met our expectations. The overall experience was poor, from the condition of the property and cleanliness to the service and general atmosphere. The room was not comfortable, and the hotel did not feel welcoming or well-maintained. For the price, the experience was simply not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely choose somewhere else for my next stay."

"Everything is all good. Except for that the bathroom is not inside the room which is something I did not expect and know in advance."
