"My husband and I had an excellent five night stay. The location is just two blocks from the waterfront. And, what a waterfront! Drei Konige is close to many wonderful restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were all very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold items. We would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Some staff were wonderful, others mediocre at best. Server at the restaurant told us to order everything together then forgot the appetizer. We were charged an extra 16CHF at the end of the stay that wasn't ours but was charged to the room, surely a mistake but their systems are unfortunately very old and they either can't look it up or don't care to, and the server likely didn't confirm at the time that the room was correct.
