"Love the windows and view of the ocean. Steps away from the beach and close to nearby restaurants. Room and bathroom are clean, and parking is a great feature. However, no lifts so you will need to carry your bags up. Would have still given it 5 stars but the front desk staff did not seem happy we were there to check in."

"Check in around 4pm and nobody was on the lobby. Took 5 minutes before someone showed up. The room smells moldy right when i open the door. The floor is dirty and doesn’t look like they vacuum it. The tub looks dirty too. The walls are thin that you can hear all the cars passing by and the people in the other room talking. They dont have curtains but have wooden blinds snd because of that the room still looks bright despite turning off all the light. Looks like the house keeping just tucked in...

"There was plenty of parking available when we arrived on Thursday and I had no concerns about the safety of the car. When we checked in the staff noticed that I had booked a room with a single bed for my sister and I and let us take a room with two beds at no extra charge which was so nice! Our room had a view of the ocean and it was clean with comfortable beds, a fridge, and microwave. The location is great since you can walk right onto the beach or to Golden Gate park, and the N Judah line...

"Overall, great rates, helpful staff and great location. Loved how this hotel was close to many different restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the marina and Palace of Fine Arts. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and can’t forget the number one was the free parking. Would definitely book here again!"

Check in staff poor, I asked about accomodations for disability was promptly advised I needed to cancel, rebook, and it would cost more. There was obvious availability. I did not see WiFi instructions at check in, six hours after check in I approached front desk again to enquire. I was greeted with disdain and front desk agent just pointed at his watch then motioned to look at room card holder. I looked and there was...

"The hotel has an excellent location. Very basic but all my needs were met the room was clean and the bathroom adequate. The hotel could do with investment old worn out furniture and carpets. However once I’d got used to the environment I adapted and enjoyed my stay. The man on reception was very polite and helpful. I also felt completely safe."

When booking, we spefically liked the availability of free parking on site, but the number of parking spots is much smaller than the number of rooms and this free parking is provided on a first-come-first-served basis, so unfortunately we lucked out on using that parking. Luckily we found street parking nearby. "

"Two king sized beds is great. Clean enough, secure enough. For visiting my aunt, it's been a great location for many years... the place is a motel, centrally located in south san francisco. We don't have huge high expectations, so we're generally not disappointed. And when "cheap accommodations" are so rare now, this is actually a find"

"Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room and bedding looked shabby and dusty and the tv and fan didn’t work. I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware."
