"The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Walisha. The location is near the interstate, several restaurants and shops. The pleasant smell of cleanliness hit as soon as you enter the hotel, and the rooms did not disappoint either. The room was spacious, very clean and plenty of towels were provided. Breakfast was good. Pork and turkey sausage options were available. Parking was plentiful. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"As soon as I walked in I could tell the room was cleaned and disinfected. The staff were really nice and polite. The tables outside with the umbrella attachments need some maintenance but it didn’t take away from the vibe you get sitting out there. I sat there during the day and at night and the property was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning works really quick which was amazing during my stay because it did get hot out in the afternoon. There’s also ample parking spaces."

"Stayed 3 days for my son’s graduation from Fort Jackson. The area has lots around. The motel itself wasn’t bad just typical. Had issues with my key pretty much every day but the staff were pretty quick to fix it. I’d stay again if I was in the area"

"The bathroom faucet and sink were absolutely horrible. Apparently while installing upgrades, someone forgot to test for functionality. The faucet was placed way too far back from the rim of the basin. So, every time you washed your hands, you had to actually put your hands on the rim to rinse the soap off and now you have water all over the countertop. What a mess!!!!!!"

So we went back down to the front desk and the lady working the desk had an attitude about giving us a different room and said no apology. Our new room had smudges on the mirror, fingerprints on the shower curtain and the whole place did not look like it was throughly cleaned. "The property itself was run down. The room we stayed in was unclean and in disrepair... specifically, there was red sticky stuff on our sheets, there was urine on the carpet in the closet, the curtains were falling apart, the room phone didn't work, there was no alarm clock, no set of sheets and pillows for sleeper sofa, and the card never worked on the door... not name a few"

"If I could give this zero stars I would. This Hotel was absolutely horrible! Never have I ever felt more misled by pictures(Talk about a Catfish!), they may have renovated “A” room for pictures and advertising purposes but left the rest of the rooms partially a hot mess. After traveling for 12 hours, I was excited to lay it down. Ha! Little did I know! Tuh! The bed was dirty, we had to wait 30 mins for someone to come change the sheets. The pillows however were custom cases filled with pure air...
