"I stayed at this property for a very short visit and unfortunately had a concerning experience with both room conditions and how issues were handled by management. Upon check-in, there were crumbs on the floor near the bed. When this was brought up, I felt the issue was dismissed and the crumbs were attributed to my child, despite us having just arrived and only having brought pizza into the room after noticing the condition. During my stay, the vanity fixture in the room fell and landed on me....

"The walls were pair thin and i could hear every word spoken in the next room. The cleaning staff were in the hall outside my room laughing and talking loudly at 8am when i was still trying to sleep. They charge a$100 deposit that i was told would be refunded on check out within 24 hrs and it still has not been refunded 5 days later. The check in staff was very pleasant and helpful though. "

"The hotel was really nice ---- very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, and the hotel adjoins a lovely lake and walking trail. On the day we were there, the hotel was celebrating Mother Goose Day and was giving out food to feed the ducks and geese at the Lake. A really fun surprise. We will definitely stay there again!"
