"3 days in a row house keeping did not clean room. Even after having to pick up clean towels daily at front desk. I was asked to bring my dirty towels down as well."

"The overall experience was good. However, the were big crater dents in the mattress and the bathroom door barely moved. We literally had to push with all our might in order to open and close it. I did go to the front desk about it but they unfortunately couldn’t change our room because they were booked. "

"Absolutely awful. Only positive was friendly front staff. I had to switch rooms 3 times and even the last room had not been cleaned well as there was still a a used cloth and garbage under the sink. 1st room had someones left clothes dirt sheets piled in closet ad personal effects left in drawers. Couches in all 3 rooms stained with unholy substances. Floors visiblely have not been cleaned in lord knows how long. Every surface was filthy. 2 out of the 3 rooms toilets were clogged on arrival and...
