"Great quiet spot! Very relaxing and very well kept Hotel. Staff were excellent!"

"Clean room and facilities. Fridge in room wasn't working, they changed it quickly. Would be nice to have a free coffee station available in lobby. Some lower end hotels have this. Still not crazy about the $20 per night parking. Neighborhood is walkable."

"It was our anniversary we had a nice room small but nice. They didn't have no toothpaste make sure you bring your own im glad we brung ours 😆 . We had a balcony but no chairs for the balcony. It was raining but it was nice. We will come back this summer. T here are a lot of restaurants and shopping around target Kohls Dave and buster you can walk around even have a playground for the kids."

"I don’t usually give reviews. But, after Amir charged me for a room that wasn’t even mine. Even after I explained 3 times that the person with the same last name was my sister. He still gave me a wrong room. Then I came to front desk to get send to the right room with lake view. They told me I didn’t reserved lake view. I had to show proof. I understand mistakes happens. But this little mistake can ruin someone’s weekend. Specifically if they hold $491 dollars on your credit card just because...

"The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also on the plus side, the pool is larger than comparably priced hotels. But for a Hilton, overall management was not attentive. Example one. The fire alarm went off, apparently a false alarm and the third in a matter of days according to another hotel guest we talked with outside waiting to be let in again. Example two. The swimming pool area was not clean. I stepped over matted hair on the tiles, used towels were strewn about,...
