"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay."

"Room was pretty clean but felt bare. There was a long hair on my pillow, and one of the towels smelled. The mini fridge felt like a mini-mini fridge, and there was no small freezer inside. The hand soap instantly flared up my eczema on my hands, and the mattress was hard. One of the side tables was really scuffed up and should've been replaced. The walls were very thin and I could hear everything from the hallways, rooms, and even people opening and closing their blinds."

"If you want a place to stay where you won’t be able to get any sort of peace and quiet, or appropriate amenities within the room, and staff are non responsive to your needs, definitely book here. It will be worth the waste of money. "

"The hotel was okay. It seemed dated, but was comfortable enough. It used to be a best western. We used the hot tub, but the jets weren’t working, and when we noticed an oily film on the water, we got out and showered. The breakfast was good - eggs and bacon, cereal options, muffins and oatmeal. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, the price was good, and the stay was comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the hot tub, which we were really looking forward to....

"Room was awful, stain ceilings, holes in the walls, disgusting bathroom. Nothing like the pictures. Also there is a lot of riff Raff that apparently live in some of the hotel rooms. Trash all over the place many unregistered not running cars. "

"Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was great, bar was great, and the complementary breakfast was sooooo good. Didn’t taste like the typical comp breakfast. And the man who was making the omelettes was singing his absolute heart out by himself and I loved it, haha. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in Syracuse :) "

"Thin walls and floors, you can hear everything going on above you and next door. Ac/heat unit fan is very loud. Towels are low quality and scratchy. Bring your own pillow, hotels are squishy, if you need firm pillow. All conditions above cuase zero sleep night, would not stay there again."

"The room was clean. The bathroom had no heat. The fire alarm went off and the front desk staff said not to worry. The fire department will probably come and the cute firefighters. "

"Our booked room wasnt clean on arrival, they offered us a different room, luckily it worked for us, we changed rooms, and they were able to accomidate with coupons to the resturant. "
