"We stay in this beautiful old (with modern amenities) hotel, which we certainly hope has protected landmark, status every Christmas when we come to Syracuse to visit family. We love it. Staff is superb and always welcoming and helpful… and really go above and beyond. This morning after an enormous overnight snowstorm, we were astonished to discover that our car parked in the hotel parking lot was ready to drive because someone from the staff had already cleaned off all the snow. "Room was clean, staff were very nice, they had a great restaurant and bar. The food was amazing for bar food. You must get the huge stuffed tater tots and chicken tenders. The pool was a bit cool but the hot tub was amazing. We did not pay for the breakfast so I can't say anything about it. The walk in shower was slippery. We got a room with a one plate stove , nice size fridge and microwave and sink. I really appreciated this as I brought my 3 grandkids. Don't hesitate to book you will not be...
