"Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. "Travelled with family and stayed in two Lakeside chalets for 4 nights. Had a most enjoyable time together. Good amenities and well appointed units with Lots of activities for the children. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for families and group holidays!"

"Nice little room, good location. Helpful front desk staff and good parking. It’s next to a geothermal park which is a blessing and a curse. You are close enough to walk to this free geothermal park but the smell easily made its way to the motel and we found it a bit overwhelming at times. "
