"Clean room, nice staff. Some of the paint and trim is getting worn in some of the rooms. Small cobweb in one corner of the room. Stained grout on tub. Lots of loud squeaky doors on the second floor. Lots of thumping and stomping noise due to loud guests that were there for a youth soccer team meet over the weekend. Biscuits were not done at breakfast. Doughy, crumbly and not hot enough or fully baked. People would not line up in an orderly fashion at the breakfast area. It was a free for all!...

"My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming.
I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun.
Above and beyond our expectations!
