"Ubicación privilegiada, a pasos de todo: playa, restaurantes, tiendas y Casino. Excelente ambiente, el anfitrión muy simpático y preocupado de los pasajeros, habla Francés, Inglés y obviamente castellano. El precio muy conveniente ya que los precios se eximen de IVA."

La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. "Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion.
