"Nice place to stay and visit wineries"

"I got stuck here while having car trouble. The property was great. Tasty breakfast, good internet, hot tub and pool out back. Friendly staff. My ideal basic end of things hotel. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores with a convenience store at the gas station across the street. I ended up extending my stay multiple times (6 days total). "

"Broken coffee pot. They said they would take care of it but didn’t. Otherwise a decent place. Breakfast was a little better than average and the breakfast staff was very friendly. "

"Property is not bad, room house keeping could be improved as service is every third day. Upon arrival at property found tap in bathroom is loose and doesn’t drain well. It was fixed though upon request. Towels were picked up regular however the tub was not cleaned regularly along with floor in bathroom. Breakfast is provided however could use some improvement."

"Amazing hotel. Gorgeous, immaculate, and hotel staff is awesome. The restaurants are great. Having tea and an electric tea kettle plus a Nespresso machine is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and soooo quiet. I couldn’t hear any of my neighbors. Will definitely stay again, especially when seeing a concert at Chateau St. Michelle winery. "

"Check-in was awful. I booked a room and arrived a bit later. I arrived to a completely shut down lobby and a phone for “24/7 service” that was broken. I used my cellphone to call the property and the individual that answered informed me that the check-in desk was closed and they had no reservations for tonight. I informed him I did have a reservation and he told me it would be 20 minutes before he could get there. Meanwhile another person that had a reservation arrived, so it wasn’t only me needing to check-in, there was two of us. Several doors are broken in the facility, so while I was checking in, guests were banging on both sides of the building attempting to get in for 5+ minutes. When I finally arrived at my room, there were long black hairs all over the bathroom and the bed had the sparsest bedding I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I suppose this is what you get for staying at a more economical hotel, but this was far, far below what I expected. There are several hotels in the area around the same cost, I would highly recommend checking those ones out before ever staying here. Absolutely awful experience and the room hadn’t been non-refundable I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere."
