The shower was another major issue — there were no instructions on how to operate it, and despite trying everything, I could not get it to work properly. "Hyatt House in Redmond is perfectly located, close to downtown as well as to parks and trails. It is always spotless, well maintained and includes a great hot breakfast! By far our favorite hotel in Redmond."

"The hotel is in a great location beautiful, however, for what you pay I feel you should not have to pay for parking but you do. I did eat in the Shed Restaurant but the costumer service when I first got there wasn’t good but the waitress was amazing. Would I stay there again yes I would. The location is great"
