"Per Expedia I chose the option to pay at property. Upon arrival my friend whom I made the reservation for (with my card) was not allowed to check in or substitute his card for payment as we usually do. They insisted upon taking my driver's license and entering info from it (why?), charged my card for the room and also charged a "surcharge" in case of damage to maybe get refunded later. "Property is in need of and in the middle of a remodel. Noise starts at 7:30 am, so don't plan on sleeping if you get the wrong location. Our room had not been remodelled and we were unable to sit at a table to do work because the living room type chair was so broken down I felt like a 4 year old sitting on a kitchen chair. It may become nice in a year or 2, it just isn't now."

"The hotel and grounds were lovely and clean. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. Rooms ideal as there was a large TV, fridge and microwave (also air con) Housekeeping every day and all the staff were lovely. The only downside for me was the location as about 6 miles to the city. You either have to drive or be prepared to pay for an Uber. Overall a very nice stay :)"

"Our was great, no complaints. The only disappointment was there was no in-room safe., which forced us to take our valuables with us every time we went out."

"The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here...
