Pool was filthy as was patio furniture the guest room door slam and are VERY loud so didnt get much sleep. There are alot of signs in parking lot stating hotel is not responsible…… The signs are a bit alarming thinking there must be break ins.

This motel was a great stay. They have a bagged breakfast that is convenient for travel. The room was clean amd comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked clean.

Its not a "5-star" type hotel but I loved it. Clean Bedding. Clean & well functioning shower/tub. Quiet. Good AC. Decent Continental Breakfast. Staff was friendly and "on top of things".

Hyatt Place Lakeland Center
Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation ...
