"The hotel was dark, dirty…parts of it were unused and almost abandoned looking. I would not recommend!! "

"Everything about this hotel was excellent. We especially enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and the cleanliness of the property. We didn’t get to the complimentary breakfast but thoroughly enjoyed everything else regarding our stay. "

"Shower curtain is too short and the floor gets wet. Not enough countertop in bathroom for toiletries. Towels felt rough to the touch. Breakfast was nice, Coffee was good too! Very friendly staff."

"Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at worst and apologetic and helpful at best. Not so, here. The staff was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them any time we had to interact with them."

"The parking was secure. Everything was well lit.. The the hotel definitely showed its age. A lot of the base molding, especially on the 5th floor was gone. Also, the wallpaper definitely needs to be replaced. On the positive side, our room was clean and spacious and the bed was super soft. That was right up our alley. Air conditioning worked perfectly. We will definitely stay again. The morning breakfast was a little rough, we had an everything bagel. It would have been nice to have cream cheese. There was no tea available for my wife. She definitely would have enjoyed that."
