"There’s nothing in the room if I did not ask. Eventually I had soap and toilet paper to use but could not shower since there’s no hot water in the tub."

"The breakfast was a big letdown. Pancake maker was broken, apple juice was watered down. Just oatmeal, bagels, cereal, toast, and hard boiled eggs. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or sausages. Coffee was decent."

"This place is always great! The location is great if you are looking to get right to the nightlife. Everything is always super clean. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the Cleveland area including the Ritz and Hyatt is my choice everytime."

"This location is walking distance to the stadium. But the bathroom in our room was below average in cleanliness and the sealing terminations in the shower are deteriorated. Another guest that we talked to also commented about the bathroom condition of their room. The buffet food was not good and there were no healthy choices. The elevator was very slow and had a broken tile on the floor. We will not choose stay at this hotel in the future."

"Only two elevators and one was broken so during busy times there was a long wait. Requested the room to be cleaned but I guess they forgot so no clean towels and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Otherwise it was nice"

"The parking was a real problem, explanation at the time of booking was minimal at best. I couldn’t even get to the valet because of some concert event. I packed in the lot next door to the hotel which said $10.00 overnight and turned out to be $50 for 5 hours, then had to retrieve my car out by midnight and valet it it with the hotel to get charged another $57. I will never stay there again it was a horrible experience Tom"
