"Be a little more comforting if more lighting in the parking lot. I know it's a very old building, but could use a touch up. Stay was good."

"Opened the room door and immediately left. The smell was horrible. There was a barking dog in another room. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into. "

"Their bath tub there’s some orange in the grout not clean properly, cub webs. The bed frame there’s dirt. Looks didn’t vacuum the carpet well. Dusty tv, table and lamps. Staff quite good. And then they let me pay 75US$ when we checked in they said they refund when we check out but they didn’t refund yet till now."

"We were in a two floor room and it was spacious but it was not well kept. The furniture had stains and the floor did as well. The pull out mattress was awfully dirty and I couldn’t let my children sleep on it. I asked for extra sheets and pillows and they just gave us sheets. The hallways were dirty and the lighting in the room had bugs in it. I would definitely not stay here again despite the very sweet staff and good location. "

"Staff were unbelievably friendly and made us feel welcome. Valet and bell hop service were fantastic. This is a great spot to stay, no question. We will be back."

"The staff was friendly but there were some issues with the room we had. It could have been a little more clean. The shower head didn’t fully work and the curtain was busted and held together with painters tape. "

We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."

"The service in the restaurant, Betts, was amazing. The check in was smooth. The accessories in the room were falling apart, i.e. trash can and tissue box holder chipping, outlets too loose to hold electric plug, usb ports not working. The worst part was the tv kept glitching while we were watching a very expensive movie we bought. The tv would just randomly and intermittently change channels and I would have to restart the tv and go back to the movie. "

"This was the worst travel experience of life!! After making reservations 28days in advance and reconfirming 16 hours before my arrival . I get a call from Stay America in Brooklyn at my reservation was cancelled! As I getting off the plane in Cleveland. No real explanation given except they were overbooked and I was out of luck !!So I called Expedia and put on hold for 20 minutes only to have the call droppped so tried again with exactly same results and on the third attempt was was to try get...

"The rooms weren't clean, hair in the shower stained sheets and towels. The sink leaked, the towel rack and toilet paper holders were broken. Cookies on the ground outside the entrance. Absolutely not worth the money. "
