"The staff members responsible for checking guests in and the maids who clean the rooms are consistently friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was surprisingly charming, with tasteful decor and a cozy feel, which pleasantly surprised me. I was especially pleased to find that it included a microwave and a fridge of a decent size, perfect for storing snacks and beverages during my stay. The only notable drawbacks were the mattress, which was old and worn out, leading to uncomfortable sleep, and a large crack on the mirror behind the TV, which detracted from the room’s overall appearance. Coming from Las Vegas and working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I understand that you often get what you pay for, which is why I rated this property as I did. However, I can definitely see myself returning when visiting California, thanks to its convenient location and friendly staff."
