"Highly disappointed. This property was not what I expected. I checked in, got to the room, immediately took pictures of the room that was not cleaned before check in and we checked out. The air on the floor feels sticky and smokey. Feels very unclean. When we arrived to the hotel, we were greeted with a what I assume is a bullet proof window and the person at the desk was eating - he was very unprofessional in his attitude and appearance. We checked in, arrive at the room and the door...

"Clean room and nicely designed with modern vibes my boyfriends super picky about hotels and he loved this place. The storm troopers, LEGO figure wall, and the random artwork everywhere was just the cherry on top. Almost Everytime we used the rooftop pool it was empty! The bartenders made us some strong delicious drinks and helped me celebrate my birthday. Can’t speak on the food here because we didn’t try the restaurants, but we did stop at Melody’s cafe almost twice a day for a coffee, redbull...

"I was surprised that parking was $50 per night, and a $100 deposit per day was also required. We stayed for five days, so this was an unexpected expense. With parking, tourism fees, etc. we were charged an additional $500 (not including the deposit) on top of the original price of the hotel which we paid through Expedia. Very expensive for an extended stay. Beds were also uncomfortable and very firm. I expected a bit more comfort based on the cost. Staff were super nice and very helpful."

I think the property could focus a bit more on cleaning the hallway floors."
