"The room was mostly ok, the bathroom was a wet room which I hadn’t anticipated and there was some damage. I usually enjoy buffet style breakfasts but this one was not good. The staff were really great and the proximity to Waterloo station was fantastic."

"Just had a 3 night stay at Park Plaza Westminster in a studio room with a Big Ben view. Room was really spacious and view was spectacular. Bathroom was big and had both a shower and bath. The studio had microwave and some plates and cutlery for use of you wished to eat in your room. Amenities at the hotel were very good with options for casual dining or full restaurant experience. We had breakfast included. It was your basic big hotel fare. Adequate but not setting any high notes. Chefs signature breakfast option was porridge... Location was very good. Able to walk to most areas, London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square etc. Also plenty of food and restaurant options within an easy walking distance. Pricing we paid was on the more expensive side in my opinion but did pay extra for Big Ben vew (well worth it) and breakfast option. Hotel was very busy on the weekend we stayed but this did not impact anything that we wanted to access. The overarching reason for our stay here was the view of the Big Ben and to that end it delivered."

"When we arrived there was a bell to ring for service/assistance in front of 2 flights of stairs. I assumed you rang this to be let in. Nope, a staff came out and spoke to us like we were children with 10 heads asking what we needed help with. We lugged up all of our luggage up these 2 flights of stairs after a day of travelling. Same staff checked us in. Got to put room that had NO electricity. Long story short, the staff member did not explain that one of your two keycards had to be kept in the wall inside your room to keep power on. So we had one key for the 3 of us. Everything after this was perfect. The facility was pricey but its location is central to most everywhere’s and walking distance to most everywhere we wanted to go. We specifically booked this hotel as I wished I had booked it on a previous visit. Our room was huge. Especially for London. We had a wonderful view. Breakfast was fabulous with great hours. "

"The hotel is in a great location from Waterloo station, with in walking distance to great restaurants and the London Eye. The rooms are very small so a person with mobility issues might have a little trouble. The hotel is very upfront about the size of the rooms which is great but hard to truly understand how small they really are until you’re there"
