"Absolutely beautiful family set of rooms, stunning view of St Michael’s Mount, w causeway right outside. Unfortunately, windows covered w scaffolding and workmen starting on our 2nd day, making bathroom without curtains unusable. Reception unhelpful (blamed property company) until the last day of our complaining when they offered a small discount on our stay (but still didn’t cover window). "I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I booked a queen bed with a sea view through Expedia and paid an additional amount for this upgrade. However, upon arrival, I was allocated a room with a double bed instead. After noticing the discrepancy, I contacted Expedia, who confirmed that my booking was indeed for a queen bed. "Dead basic no frills, perfect for our needs! Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. Great bus service with a stop very near takes you to Penzance in about 5 mins. I will stop again. Cheers."

"The Victoria Inn was a delight to stay in with spacious room ,fresh decor and beds were lovely . Landlady was a charm , most friendly and breakfast exceptional. Overall would total stay again as the wonderful sleep and proximity to St Michaels Mount . "

"The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!"

"This is a pub with rooms, so not a hotel. But, wow it is absolutely at the top of the scale for pubs. Room was perfectly clean and had as good a view as you could find anywhere in the world. Location, perfect, parked at the nearby harbour carpark, not overly expensive. Bar staff were great, evening food was great, four real ales on tap, all delicious. Great choice at breakfast and again lovely staff. I would seriously give this accommodation 11 out of 10. 100% recommended."
