"Very disappointed there was no microwave or refrigerator. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food was unappetizing and confusing to figure out how to even get it. We were able to get it free with Marriott points and still didn’t because it was gross. As much as we paid for the reservation, I felt it didn’t come close to the expected quality. "I booked a Queen and a Twin bed and only got a twin. The whole apartment had this funky smell to it. All the amenities were shared so there which I wasn’t informed about. One of the twin beds had a broken frame and neither one had a box spring underneath. One of the bathroom doors was broken and hard to close, which honestly had me concerned. "Helpful staff; clean, comfortable room. Very nice quiet location on the edge of a residential neighborhood, very short Uber ride to anywhere. Breakfast was sub par. Best feature was the location."

"Excellent location for the tram ride into town. The hotel was perfect with comfortable beds, dark rooms, great shower and a decent breakfast with lots of hot coffee all day. The only downside for us was the noise of the AC. We turned it off at night but the room soon warmed up."

"One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Feels like they never spent even a dollar in maintenance or renovation. That place is falling apart. Shared bathrooms! The only positive thing is their staff, very friendly."

"The room was neat however the bathroom on 3rd floor was under maintenance and hence had to share the 1 on the 1st floor. The property cannot keep luggage post checkout which was a huge inconvenience since I had to find a storage space and go there. They allowed me to check in a couple hours earlier and that was really helpful. So they do try to accommodate when they can. Additionally great location, alot to see in walking distance."

The bathroom looked dirty. There were stains on the counters, walls, and door. That being said, as a single traveler, I survived. "What an amazing stay upon entrance we thought it was the coolest boutique hotel. We’ve seen in a very long time very laid-back but definitely charming. We will definitely be back. I didn’t understand the $47 a night resort fee till the end they do offer unlimited water bottles, convenient umbrellas just a little things that make your experience easier. The only downfall would probably be that the pool was not heated. Everything else was just fine."

"Fantastic property. From booking there was an issue with Hotels.com double booking the apartment but Peter the host was straight on to sort it for us. Made sure everything was accommodated, constant clear communication and what a place! Super clean, spacious, amazing location with plenty public transport around and of course Fenway park 2 minutes walk! Super glad we booked, great price for what we had and will definitely be back anytime we are in Boston. Thanks Peter!"
