"Air conditioner is not cooling"

"le personnel ils sont merveilleux et font vraiment l’effort d’essayer de parler une autre langue pour que vous soyez a l’aise le bar et le petit déjeuner sont très bon et très variés la piscine est un peu fraîche mais c’est pas plus dérangeant C’EST TRÈS PROPRE le seul bémol de ce séjour a été ma salle de bain que je trouvais pas assez propre (il y’a un peu de calcaire) le reste tout etait incroyable ils vous appellent des taxis font le maximum pour vous j’y retournerai les yeux fermés"

"Del alojamiento destacaría, por encima de todo, la amabilidad del personal, la excelente ubicación y la limpieza. Además, la disposición de las habitaciones y la comodidad de las camas, convirtieron nuestra estancia en una maravillosa experiencia. El único inconveniente, aunque a nosotros no nos importó demasiado, fue algún que otro desperfecto, pero entendible dado la afluencia de reservas. Esperamos volver pronto. Gracias!"

"Wir waren jetzt wieder im Juni, genau ein Jahr nach unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Es hat sich an sich nichts geändert. Hauptgründe für die Buchung waren erneut die Lage und dass es ein Erwachsenenhotel ist. In der Kombination hat es ein wirklich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Leider immer noch ein massives Problem mit Parkplätzen. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der 6. Etage. Die Lage war schön, aber es war trubeliger als letztes Mal auf der 4. Etage. "We had a fantastic time at Gran Hotel Taoro. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and modern, the common areas and pool were excellent, and the grounds are just lovely. It's been recently refurbed - hats off as they've done an excellent job. Breakfast was really good. The two on-site places we ate at served good food but were slightly pricey. Highly recommend!"

"Et nytt og fantastisk flott hotell, som åpnet i februar, og med meget serviceinnstilt personale. Hotellet er i kanariske stil med patio og balkonger. Og ikke forglemme det utrlolig flotte mosaikkbildet i taket. Det var bare enestående, og kan anbefales på det aller sterkeste."

"Con todo respeto, este hotel debería plantearse una reforma,las habitaciones estan anticuados y un olor a humedad,el ascensor horror suena todo el dia como si se fuera a romper,no hay forma de poder descansar,fuimos por5 noches y solo aguantamos 2 tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel,y dejar esas noches perdidas,el personal excelente, también otra cosa estan muy enfocado al turismo inglés,casi todo es inglés,es imposible estar en la piscina no hay nunca hamacas,la comida regular se ve que de lo que...

"I only booked this hotel for one night as I was on a road trip around Tenerife. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is in such a fab location with Plaza del Charco just a couple of blocks away and the pedestrian walkway to Martinez close by in the opposite direction. The hotel was fantastic value for money and would recommend this compared to a catered hotel, because the money you save, you can eat out in proper restaurants. Would definitely chose this hotel again when I next visit."

"La habitación con balcón era amplia pero hay que pagar por todo. ¿Quieres aire acondicionado? 6€ al día, ¿Desayuno? 10€ al día, me parece carísimo para tomar un simple café que es lo que suelo desayunar. ¿Caja fuerte? También hay que pagarla aparte, 2€ al día creo. Hay un microondas en el vestíbulo pero las cápsulas de café y los tés también los tienes que pagar aparte. Lo bueno es que la cama era bastante cómoda y cuando vinieron a limpiar la habitación nos cambiaron toallas y sábanas."

"The room wasn't clean we found the bathroom with stool on the walls and all near the minibar was wi and the people at the reception (except one women) weren't helpful enough, we couldn't make all the activities we planned because of the missing or we received. The rest of the staff were amazing and make our stay really good."
